CAKES ON A BUDGET

Here is a list of the various cake shapes on offer including their approximate

serve size and recommend cutting guides.

CAKE ANATOMY

Dessert Portions - are roughly 1" x 2" x the height of the cake.

Coffee Portions - are roughly 1" x 1" x the height of the cake.

In general for a party I recommend dessert sized portions and for weddings or bigger events where the cake is served after a 3 course meal I recommend coffee sized portions.

Note: The height of the cake is determined by the number of layers included. I offer 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 layer cakes. This will be discussed as part of the booking when looking at style vs serve requirements.
