CUPCAKE FLAVOURS
All my cupcakes are made fresh and from quality ingredients. Here is my selection of flavours with their recommended filling.

VANILLA SPONGE
Classic Vanilla Bean flavoured cupcakes with a Raspberry Jam centre
(can also be made Gluten-Free).
LEMON SPONGE
Zesty Lemon flavoured cupcakes with a tangy Lemon-Curd centre.
CHOCOLATE SPONGE
Rich Chocolate flavoured cupcakes with a Strawberry Jam centre.

- Centre fillings can be removed.
- GF - Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the cakes are free from gluten where stated I cannot guarantee traces of these allergens in the kitchen. I will however endeavour to keep my surfaces free whilst baking.
CUPCAKE FINISHES
My cupcakes are completed with a Traditional Buttercream or Swiss Meringue Buttercream of varying colours and styles.
